The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Site.
- By using our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
- By accessing or using any part of our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without any prior notice.
- We stand by the quality of our products.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
- We offer exchanges/replacements within 7 days of receipt of purchase if the product delivered does not match client online order and provided it is a Flawless production default.
- Items for exchange/return will be inspected before being accepted. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Flawless box and pouch.
- All products being custom, personalized, embossed, including initials, letters, birthstones, and custom sizers are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for credit.
- Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).
- Kindly allow 4-6 weeks for purchased items to be delivered. Should we have the item in stock it will be shipped within 4-6 working days.
- Personalized items that are MADE TO ORDER take an ESTIMATED 4-6 weeks. This is an estimated time frame and does not include shipping. We can experience delays with shipping, so this is why this time frame is estimated and can be longer than 6 weeks.
- We request you ship to a permanent location.
- Should you need to cancel personalized order, we should be contacted immediately within the hour after placing the order.
- Personalized items are final sale and thus cannot be exchanged not returned unless it has a factory defect.
- If there are any issues with a specific piece, it must be sent back immediately to be examined by our team in order to qualify for a replacement.
- We do not issue refunds on ANYTHING personalized.
- Personalized, made to order items are not eligible to be returned. If there is any issue with your personalized piece, please contact us immediately.
- All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
- All special orders/personalized items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged once an order has been placed.
- We are not responsible for return shipping charges or lost packages.
- Before we can issue a replacement shipment, the faulty piece must be received and inspected at our office.

We will not send out a replacement until we have received the original item for which the replacement is being made.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND ORDERS
- For deliveries to private residences in Bahrain, we use a messenger service. Messenger deliveries require a direct signature or available doorman to receive your items.
- If an item is in stock it will ship immediately. Please note that if you’ve ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested via email.

If a shipment is returned by the carrier to Flawless after multiple delivery attempts, the original purchaser will be contacted and is responsible for the reshipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND ORDERS
- Please note that items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Bahrain may be subject to taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
- We ship with DHL worldwide. Shipment is sealed, guaranteed and free delivery worldwide.
- International shipping charges DO NOT include duties and taxes which may be assessed by your local tax authority and will be charges directly to the receiver (you).
- If you want to do an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways
IMPORTANT ITEM INFORMATION TO KNOW
- Bangles and Eternity Rings Diamonds or Gemstones cannot be resized.
- Natural Gemstone stones can vary in their appearance and size.
- Eternity Rings are not resizable
- If my personalized piece is taking longer than the estimated turnaround time, can I cancel and receive a refund?
No, unfortunately not. Once the order is submitted, the manufacture begins production and the piece is made. We unfortunately do not have control
over delays with shipping carriers and customs.
